We do not accept returns, offer refunds, or process exchanges under any circumstances.
Why all sales are final
Fragrance is a personal, intimate product. For hygiene and authenticity reasons, once a bottle has left our hands we cannot resell it — so we are unable to accept returns, issue refunds, or process exchanges, even on unopened items.
Before you buy
Please review your order carefully before checking out — the fragrance name, size, quantity, and shipping address. If you're unsure whether a scent is right for you, we recommend researching notes and reviews first, or reaching out on Instagram with any questions.
Order cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once placed. We process orders quickly to get them out the door, so please make sure everything is correct before completing checkout.
Damaged in transit
If your order arrives visibly damaged, message us on Instagram within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and the product. We'll work with you on a case-by-case basis, but this is not a guarantee of replacement or refund.
Authenticity guarantee
Every fragrance we sell is 100% authentic and brand new. If you have concerns about authenticity, reach out and we'll walk you through the details of your specific product.
