Processing time

Orders are packed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your package leaves us.

Shipping rates

We offer one simple, customer-paid shipping option:

• Standard shipping (US): $6.99 — estimated 3–7 business days after processing.
• Free shipping (US): Orders of $100 or more ship free via standard delivery.

The $6.99 shipping cost is paid by the customer at checkout. Delivery windows are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Weather and carrier delays are outside our control.

Packaging

Every fragrance ships in protective packaging to prevent damage in transit. Bottles are inspected before shipping to ensure they arrive in the same condition they left us.

Lost or damaged packages

Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery is their responsibility. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, please contact the carrier first. For packages that arrive visibly damaged, message us on Instagram within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can help.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to reroute packages once they've shipped, and orders returned to us due to incorrect addresses may incur a re-shipping fee.
